At Marlyn Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund, provided the item is returned in the same condition as when it was purchased.  Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and insurance back and forth and credit card fees.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or modification may not be eligible for return. Items returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Special orders, custom-made or custom-altered items, and
merchandise that has been sized or modified are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Refunds minus any restocking fee will be issued to the original form of payment.
