Let Us Help You Create Something Truly One-of-a-Kind
Designing custom jewelry is a special journey, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way. Whether you’d like to schedule an appointment with one of our professional jewelry consultants or simply stop by the store, the process is designed to fit your needs and vision.
A custom piece means more than just jewelry—it’s a personal heirloom crafted with care, quality, and attention to detail. From the first sketch to the final polish, every element is created to reflect your story and stand the test of time.
Here’s how we’ll work together to bring your treasure to life:
Consultation
Whether you’re looking for an engagement ring, wedding band, necklace, bracelet, or an entirely new jewelry set, we’ll sit down with you to bring your vision to life. Some clients come to us with an idea for a brand-new piece, while others bring in jewelry they’ve inherited or pieces they no longer wear. Together, we can redesign, reset, or reimagine them into something that feels uniquely yours.
During your consultation, we’ll talk through every detail—from the diamonds or color gemstones you’d like to feature, to the shape, carat weight, metal, and overall design style. You’re welcome to bring in inspiration photos, sketches, or even a simple idea you’ve been carrying in your heart. If you’re starting fresh, our jewelers can create detailed drawings and design concepts just for you.
No matter where you begin, the process is personal, collaborative, and built around creating a one-of-a-kind piece you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
CAD Design
Once your ideas have been discussed and the concept is in place, we bring your vision to life through a customized computer-aided design (CAD). This digital model gives you a realistic preview of what your jewelry will look like before it’s ever crafted.
During this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to request adjustments—whether it’s changing a stone shape, tweaking the setting, or refining the details—so the design reflects exactly what you have in mind. Our jewelers can incorporate nearly any modification you can imagine, ensuring the finished piece is truly yours.
Wax Model
Once your CAD design is complete, it is sent to a 3D printer to create a wax model that will be used in the casting process.
Casting and Finishing
Once the wax model is prepared, it is used to create a mold through a process called lost wax casting. This technique captures every fine detail of your design so it can be reproduced in precious metal.
Molten metal is then poured into the mold, forming the unfinished piece. After cooling, the mold is carefully removed, and our jewelers complete the process with polishing, finishing, and setting your diamonds or gemstones.
The result is your custom-designed jewelry—crafted with care and ready to be cherished for a lifetime.
